Completely frustrating day but I have to realize that there are other people that are out that have so many more challenges then I could even imagine. The last thing I was concerned about today was food.
Menu:
Breakfast – Banana Muffin
Lunch – Turkey and Salami brown rice wrap
Snack – 2 mandarin oranges
Dinner – chili with ground turkey, yellow and orange mini peppers, garbanzo beans, black beans, chili powder, salt, pepper. Red leaf salad with carrots, avocado, garbanzo beans and Cape Cod all Natural raspberry vinaigrette.
Dessert – Chocolate Chips
