Thank you for taking the time to check out my blog. I feel like it is important for you to understand my motivation to be healthy while enjoying life. Who cares!

Completely frustrating day but I have to realize that there are other people that are out that have so many more challenges then I could even imagine. The last thing I was concerned about today was food.

Menu:

Breakfast – Banana Muffin

Lunch – Turkey and Salami brown rice wrap

Snack – 2 mandarin oranges

Dinner – chili with ground turkey, yellow and orange mini peppers, garbanzo beans, black beans, chili powder, salt, pepper. Red leaf salad with carrots, avocado, garbanzo beans and Cape Cod all Natural raspberry vinaigrette.

Dessert – Chocolate Chips
