Thank you for taking the time to check out my blog. I feel like it is important for you to understand my motivation to be healthy while enjoying life. I have lived for so long concentrating on the glass being half empty rather than half full. This is my public commitment to change that way of thinking and just be happy.

Plan ahead....

Traveling and eating is not easy. I had snacks that help me up for the first part of the day but didn’t have enough for plane delays. Finding food in the airport was tough. The only option I had was dried fruit for $8 a bag. Having a plan for dinner or a meal coming up is one thing but having to plan every meal every day is wearing on me very quickly.

MENU

Breakfast – Oatmeal with cranberries and bananas

Snack – protein bar

Lunch – TJ’s Granola

Dinner – Chicken with salt pepper coconut oil and Italian seasoning and broccoli

Dessert – Vanilla Granola

Happy Thoughts: My sister is going to make me some pumpkin muffins to my specs!
