I planned to run some quick errands at lunch today. I had to go to the library and post office and thought I could pick something up for lunch…HA! I tried to go to a local deli that I use to grab lunch if needed and was stuck staring at the menu because I could not get anything.
I made it back to work and just had apples, almond butter and carrots. I am going to be starving by dinner time and planned to stop at whole foods to get some stuff so I can bake tomorrow.
Whole foods is a great store but they are breaking my budget. I found the stuff for the crumb cake for tomorrow and will let you know how it goes.
MENU
Breakfast – TJ Granola (so sick of this)
Lunch – Luna White Chocolate Macadamia protein bar, carrots.
Snack – Mandarin oranges, apple with almond butter (and this), Carrots.
Dinner – Chicken fajitas (salt, pepper, cayenne, lime, onion flakes, cumin, chili powder) with corn tortillas, black beans and guacamole.

Other Notables: The Allergen-Free Baker’s Handbook by Cybele Pascal….I checked this out from the library and am now going to buy it! It is amazing…easy and practical. It is not full of recipes that you will actually use.
