I love celebrating birthdays. There is something about the life of another person especially someone who means the world to you. What has been so re-enforcing about this process of eliminating foods is how receptive the waiters and waitresses have been at the restaurants. Everyone that I have encountered so far has been more than helpful to make sure I had something great to eat.
Menu:
Breakfast - Almond Milk oatmeal with dried cherries and fresh bananas
Lunch – carrot, bean sprout, brown rice, black bean salad and a soy latte
Snack – pear and trail mix with almonds dried cherries, apricots, coconuts, and vegan choc chips
Dinner – chicken tacos with onions guacamole and a lime margarita or two
Dessert – Emeril’s vegan chocolate chip brownies

Special Stuff: Adding an apple to butternut squash soup makes it a special treat!
Other Notables: Sprinkles the local cupcake place has a gluten and dairy free cupcake.
