Thank you for taking the time to check out my blog. I feel like it is important for you to understand my motivation to be healthy while enjoying life. I have lived for so long concentrating on the glass being half empty rather than half full. This is my public commitment to change that way of thinking and just be happy.

Got to get balanced!

Taco Tuesday! Now that I am slowly starting to get a handle on all of this I want to make sure that what I am eating is healthy. I don’t want to start eating a ton of high fat foods and just anything that I can get my hands on. Before it was just a task finding food I can eat now I need a balanced diet!

Breakfast – Banana Muffin

Lunch – quinoa with avocado

Snack – apple

Dinner – Tacos - Corn tortillas with turkey meat (cumin, cayenne, oregano, lime, salt and pepper) and black beans.

Dessert - Chocolate Sorbet
