My mom had always been an amazing cook and every time I try to get a recipe from her she doesn’t measure so it makes it absolutely impossible to create food as amazing. Any great cook with a signature recipe seems to operate the same way. Making my mother’s food is very humbling and I think the best advice she has ever given me is to add love and cook with happiness. It’s the best advice I can offer anyone. Love what you do and what you produce will always be unlike anything else.

Then add celery, carrots, orange pepper, yellow pepper, jalapeno pepper, and black beans. Add chicken stock until it covers everything and add a handful of rice. Cook for 30 min.
