Breakdown on taco Tuesday! It was tough to go out with friends and not be able to drink or eat because the food was pre-made. When I got home it was difficult just to throw something together to eat and I felt completely helpless. It was a weak moment for me and I just wanted to eat something healthy that was fulfilling without cooking a complete meal.
This is just as much a mental challenge as it is a physical challenge. I have run three marathons and the thing that always kept me going was that I have done this before and it was going to be over in less than four hours. I also would think to myself of what I already accomplished rather than what was ahead. I think I just need to change my mindset and think of what I have already accomplished.

Breakfast – TJ granola
Snack – Apple and mandarin oranges
Lunch – Brown rice wrap with salami
Dinner –corn chips, Rice, Black Beans and avocado.
Happy Thoughts: Yogurt comes in coconut form and can be used to replace buttermilk or eggs J
