I went to the doctor to discuss my successes and failures with the new diet. I let her know that I am rocking this thing and am going to get healthy! She talked through my challenge which was nice and since I am doing so good decided to add a liver cleanse and flax meal in my diet regularly. Best news of all she said I can start challenging foods on April 1st…no joke!

Lunch – Chicken and brown rice tortilla, carrots and strawberries
Snack – Homemade Trail Mix
Dinner – Ginger Chicken with broccoli and rice
Dessert : Silk Chocolate Soy Milk
