Thank you for taking the time to check out my blog. I feel like it is important for you to understand my motivation to be healthy while enjoying life. I have lived for so long concentrating on the glass being half empty rather than half full. This is my public commitment to change that way of thinking and just be happy.

Golf and Muffins

Going golfing today and the day will be long so I definitely had to plan ahead with food. It was great because everyone was jealous of my wrap which made me feel like I had something good and special! Golf didn’t go as great as I hoped but food was a non-issue and normal. Actually it was extra cool!

Breakfast – Oatmeal with half almond milk/rice milk and flax seed meal.

Menu:

Breakfast – Oatmeal with almond milk and dried cherries

Lunch – Turkey and salami wrap with avocado and red leaf lettuce.

Snack – Raw – Chocolate Brownie bar

Dinner – Black beans and Rice

Dessert – Vegan Chocolate Chips
