Thank you for taking the time to check out my blog. I feel like it is important for you to understand my motivation to be healthy while enjoying life. I have lived for so long concentrating on the glass being half empty rather than half full. This is my public commitment to change that way of thinking and just be happy.

I love Friday!

You know what is great about Friday is that there is this unknown sense of relaxation that creeps into the work environment because the weekend is close. The amount of work I get done is so much more effortless and efficient because the setting and work environment is more relaxed. It just makes my whole day better.

As I write this I have come to terms with the fact that I am slowly getting into a routine with the food thing but want to continue to challenge myself in making an trying new things. I am traveling the next two weekends but I plan to tackle pizza dough soon.

Menu:

Breakfast – Puffkins Original Cereal with almond milk

Lunch – Brown rice tortilla Turkey and Salami wrap with lettuce and avocado

Snack – 2 mandarin oranges and crunch master rice crackers

Dinner – halibut with broccoli

Dessert – rice crispy treats

Happy Thoughts: I get to re-intro/challenge 1 food item on April 1!

Special Stuff: My sister is a master baker and has found the secret to making good stuff. Stay tuned!
